Here are some useful links for your travel from Kona International Airport to the Venue.

From Kona Airport:

Car Rental : numerous car rental companies service are available. (cf. Avis, Budget, Alamo, Dollar, Harper, Hertz, National, Thrify).

Taxi Service : Many taxi services are available. Fares to the Keauhou Beach Resort will be approximately $40, one way.

Shuttle Service : You can reserve shuttle survice between the airport and the hotel.

Driving directions by rental cars or taxis:

  • Turn right to take State Hwy 19 (Queen Kaahumanu Hwy) south, then continue on State Hwy 11
  • Turn right onto Palani Dr and continue on Alii Dr.
  • The hotel is on the right
  • Driving time is about 20 minutes and distance is about 12 miles (19 km)

Visas

An entry visa to USA is not required for attendees from many countries including the Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, the Republic of Korea and the Slovak Republic. However, all international travelers who are seeking to travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) are now subject to enhanced security requirements. All eligible travelers who wish to travel under the Visa Waiver Program must apply for authorization using ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization).
