COMICS low-resolution Q-band spectrocopy

The low-resolution Q-band grating disperses the entire Q-band onto the 3rd of the COMICS spectrograph's 5 detector arrays at a resolution of 150 (0.66'' slit) and a dispersion of 0.03 um/pixel.
